Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Welcome to Enhanced Auto Parts. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Trading as: Enhanced Auto Parts

We sell aftermarket automotive parts and accessories to customers within Australia.

2. Products

We sell new aftermarket automotive parts and accessories.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information on our website are accurate, minor differences may occur between products shown on our website and the products supplied.

Product availability may change without notice.

Where a product is listed as a pre-order or back-order, the product may not be immediately available for dispatch.

3. Product Fitment

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a product is suitable for their vehicle before purchasing.

If you are unsure whether a product will fit your vehicle, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Where possible, we can assist with fitment enquiries. Customers must provide accurate and complete vehicle information when requesting a fitment check.

A fitment check performed by us does not remove the customer's responsibility to provide accurate vehicle information or to ensure that the product is suitable for their intended application.

We recommend professional installation of automotive parts where appropriate.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • there is an error in the product listing or price;
  • we are unable to obtain the product from our supplier;
  • we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
  • there is another legitimate reason preventing us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund for the cancelled order.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

We accept payment through the payment methods made available through Shopify Payments and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

We do not charge customers additional card payment fees.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.

6. Shipping

We deliver to addresses within Australia.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout where applicable.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, supplier delays, public holidays, weather events and other unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive tracking information where available.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

7. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

Some products may be available for pre-order or back-order.

Where a product is on back-order or pre-order, the estimated availability or dispatch date is an estimate and may change due to supplier or manufacturer delays.

If a back-order or pre-order is delayed for more than 6 months, the customer may request cancellation of the affected order and receive a refund for the cancelled product.

Supplier delays of less than 6 months do not automatically entitle a customer to cancel a back-order or pre-order, subject always to any rights the customer has under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Returns – 30-Day Policy

For eligible returns, we offer a 30-day return period commencing from the date the product is delivered to the customer.

To be eligible for a return under this policy, the product must:

  • be unused;
  • be uninstalled;
  • be in its original condition;
  • be in its original packaging; and
  • not have been damaged, modified or altered.

Customers must contact us before returning a product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for eligible non-fault returns.

We may inspect returned products before approving a refund, exchange or store credit.

9. No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not generally accept change-of-mind returns.

This means that if you purchase a product and subsequently decide that you no longer want or need it, this does not automatically qualify you for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Certain products may have specific return arrangements stated on their individual product listing. Where a product listing provides a specific return condition, that condition will apply subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Installed Parts

Once an automotive part has been installed, it cannot be returned under our standard returns policy.

This includes parts that have been fitted, connected, modified, altered or otherwise installed in a vehicle.

An installed part may still be eligible for a warranty claim where the product is found to have a manufacturing or factory fault, or where the customer has other rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We strongly recommend checking the part and confirming compatibility before installation.

11. Faulty or Defective Products

If you believe a product is faulty, defective or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs, videos, diagnostic information, proof of purchase or other reasonable information to help assess the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty and the claim is accepted, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under applicable law, we may provide:

  • a repair;
  • a replacement;
  • a refund; or
  • another appropriate remedy.

A product being unsuitable because of incorrect fitment or an incorrect vehicle application does not necessarily mean that the product is faulty.

12. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, our products carry a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing or factory defects.

Some products may have a longer warranty period provided by the manufacturer. Where a manufacturer provides a longer warranty, the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms may apply.

Warranty coverage does not generally extend to damage caused by:

  • incorrect installation;
  • improper installation;
  • misuse or abuse;
  • accidents;
  • modification or alteration;
  • incorrect application;
  • failure to follow installation instructions;
  • normal wear and tear; or
  • use outside the product's intended purpose.

Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Installation and Labour Costs

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we are not responsible for installation, removal, diagnostic, towing, labour or other associated costs arising from the purchase or installation of a product.

Customers should ensure that products are correctly identified and suitable before installation.

Where professional installation is appropriate, we recommend using a qualified automotive technician.

14. Refunds, Exchanges and Store Credit

Where a return, warranty claim or other remedy has been approved, we may provide a:

  • full or partial refund;
  • replacement product;
  • exchange; or
  • store credit,

depending on the circumstances and the customer's legal rights.

Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method where practical.

Approved refunds may take additional time to appear in the customer's account depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

15. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product.

We may require photographs or other information to assist with assessing the damage and making a claim with the relevant delivery provider.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

16. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website information accurate and up to date.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be free from errors, omissions or inaccuracies.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website or product listings at any time.

  • to engage in fraudulent activity;
  • to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or
  • to copy or reproduce our content without permission.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage arising from the improper selection, installation, modification or use of a product.

This includes, where legally permitted, indirect or consequential losses and costs associated with installation, labour, towing, vehicle downtime or other related expenses.

However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

20. Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced where they fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Our 30-day returns policy and warranty policy are additional to, and do not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

21. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you acknowledge that information may be collected and processed as reasonably necessary to process orders, provide customer support, arrange delivery and operate our business.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the applicable laws and courts of Victoria, Australia.
